Having graduated from the University of Athens in 2008, Sofia Antonopoulou is a greek qualified lawyer, and a member of the Athens Bar Association, with an expertise in Commercial and Energy Law. In 2015 she acquired an LLM in tax law and taxation (Athens University of Economics and Business).
In 2006 she became member of the scientific research group of Athletic Law Professor Dr Andreas Malatos and she continued her career working for law firms which were mainly practicing civil law.
In 2010 she founded “Attica Lawyers” and became legal advisor of “Apollo Capital Group”, whereas since 2014 she also advises “Axia News” and “Axia plus” Publishing houses.
Among others, she has successfully handled an important number of Criminal Law cases.
She fluently speaks English and has a very good knowledge of French.Aglaia-Maria Pachou-Fokiali was born in Rhodes-Dodekanese and has become a member of the Athens Bar Association, with expertise in the area of the Ecclesiastical Law and the law area of individual and social rights. Due to her expertise in this law area, she is responsible for the cases related to the Ecclesiastical law.
She has worked in one of the greatest financial institutions of Greece and has accomplished postgraduate studies in the area of history and theory of law, and in particular in the Ecclesiastical Law. After finishing her postgraduate studies, she is now attending the second year of a PhD in the area of public law. She is very fluent in English and French and very good in Spanish.Emmanouela Chatzidaki is a lawyer in Athens, having graduated from the Athens Law School in 2014. During her studies at the Law School she was awarded a scholarship from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens after a Panhellenic Competition. Since 2013, she has worked with law firms and financial institutions, handling a variety of bank, civil, commercial, and criminal law cases. In 2016, she attended and successfully completed a training program in the field of questioned documents at West Virginia University. She speaks fluent English and has a very good knowledge of the German language. Today she is a lawyer appointed at the Athens Court of First Instance.Ioannis Kastanas is a greek qualified solicitor of the Court of Appeal, and also a PhD of the University of Athens.
He holds two Masters degrees, one in Ecclesiastical law from the Law School of Athens and another in Public law from Paris II Pantheon-Assas University.
Since September 2017, he has been a member of the Adjunt faculty at the University of Nicosia Law school and has been teaching Public law and ecclesiastical law. Since June 2019, he is a postdoctoral researcher in Ecclesiastical law at the same school entitled “The right of Appeal to the ecumenical Partiarch. Comparative examination of churches of Cyprus and Greece”.
He fluently speaks French and English.Georgios Papacharalambous is an Athens lawyer who graduated from the Law School of the University of Athens in 1973 with degree “Excellent”. In 1974 he obtained his lawyer license from the Supreme Court with classification number “1”, while in 1974 – 1980 he completed postgraduate studies in Munich in the Philosophy of Law, Criminal Law, Private International Law, as well as in areas of European law. Until 1988 he practiced in Munich Germany and Athens in parallel, and then continued his career in Athens. From 2003 to 2007 he was a member of the Board of Directors of Emporiki Bank (Cyprus), from 2003 to 2010 he was a member of the Supervisory Board of the Euro Investment Fund in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and since 2007 he is a member of the Board of Directors of the “Athanasios Ktorides” Foundation in Cyprus. Today he is a lawyer appointed to the Supreme Court and the Council of State.Christoforos Georgopoulos is an attorney-at-law and member of the Athens Bar Association, specialized in Criminal Law.
After graduating from the Law School of Athens with degree “Very Well”, he acquired a Master in Criminology entitled “Contemporary Criminality and its Confrontation” from Panteion University of Social and Political Sciences. Following his accomplishment to complete the two- year studies program above with degree “Excellent”, he now continues studies in the section of Criminology with a Phd.
He fluently speaks English and has good knowledge of french language.Iliana Lazari was born in Athens and she is a trainee lawyer registered in the Athens Bar Association. She graduated from the Law School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens in October 2017 and she is about to complete her post graduate course on Labor Law. She is fluent in English and she has a good knowledge of French.
