One of the basic fields of our activity is immigration law, which involves issues and procedures which have to do with foreign citizens. Our firm undertakes case management of both foreign citizens and immigrants, either they come from the European Union or not.

• Applications for residence permission for foreign citizens and renewal of them
• Legal representation of foreign citizens towards greek courts and public authorities
• Cases related to the new procedure of the Greek legislation, which provides  foreign citizens the opportunity to obtain residence permission in Greece lasting for ten (10) years, in order either to acquire a real property in Greece or to lease hotels or houses (minimum investment 250.000 €).
